The pandemic has hindered our face-to-face communication, weighing on our coordination as a team and hence business operation. Despite the challenges we faced, I take pride in seeing your facing up to the immense challenges, while treating every piece of work with no less care, upon which the Group managed to progress steadily.

We have dedicated resources to the application of FinTech and the creation of an operating system. In the future we will proactively usher in digital transformation and drive further development towards automation, thereby enhancing efficiency and ensuring seamless round-the-clock customer service.

Hopefully, the new year will turn everything for the better. I hope all of you will be able to return to normal lives as soon as the pandemic is brought under control.
