BIBO has always emphasized on employee growth and team cohesion. Most recently, the company arranged for all staff to participate in a team spirit training activity hosted at the “Dialogue In the Dark – Jockey Club Dialogue Experience Place”. 

During the activity, all employees experienced conditions of being “unable to see”, “unable to hear”, and “unable to speak” as they completed various team-based tasks. In addition to strengthening team synergy and cooperation, this also provided an opportunity to experience the lives of the visually and hearing impaired and gain an understanding of the challenges they face. Through this experiential activity, all staff deeply realized the importance of empathy and effective communication for team collaboration!
