- Provide general office clerical support
- Prepare documents and reports for clients
- Handle incoming calls with good telephone manner
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects if necessary
- Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Office, especially for MS Excel
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
