Administration Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office clerical support
  • Prepare documents and reports for clients
  • Handle incoming calls with good telephone manner
  • Assist in other ad-hoc projects if necessary


  • Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially for MS Excel
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
