Customer Service Officer


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and follow up outstanding payment issues according to the guidelines provided by clients
  • Update accounts status into system for record

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Familiar with basic PC applications
  • Good command of both English speaking and writing
  • Working hours: Five Days Work, on shift 9am – 6pm or 12:30pm – 21:30pm (Monday to Sunday)
