Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and follow up outstanding payment issues according to the guidelines provided by clients
  • Update accounts status into system for record


  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Familiar with basic PC applications
  • Good command of both English speaking and writing
  • Working hours: on shift 8am – 5pm or 1pm – 10pm (Monday to Sunday)
