Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and follow up outstanding payment issues according to the guidelines provided by clients
- Update accounts status into system for record
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Familiar with basic PC applications
- Good command of both English speaking and writing
- Working hours: Five Days Work, on shift 9am – 6pm or 12:30pm – 21:30pm (Monday to Sunday)
