Customer Service Officer
- Handle phone calls and follow up outstanding payment issues according to the guidelines provided by clients
- Update accounts status into system for record
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Familiar with basic PC applications
- Good command of both English speaking and writing
- Working hours: on shift 8am – 5pm or 1pm – 10pm (Monday to Sunday)
