BIBO is committed to advancing the field of financial technology and places a strong emphasis on cultivating related talent. For several consecutive years, we have provided local university students with internship opportunities in FinTech. This summer, we participated in the “STEM Internship Scheme ” launched by the Innovation and Technology Commission. We hired local STEM students as interns, offering them practical experience to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world work environment.
During the internship, the three interns were involved in projects related to big data analysis, learning how to apply the latest technologies to company’s operations. They not only enhanced their professional skills but also improved their problem-solving abilities and teamwork. BIBO’s professional team provided comprehensive guidance throughout the internship, helping the interns translate theory into practice.
As the internship program concluded successfully, all three interns expressed that they had greatly benefited from the experience: “We are grateful for the internship at BIBO, which allowed us to put our academic knowledge into practice and sharpen our data analysis skills. More importantly, we now have a clearer career plan and direction. These gains will serve as a solid foundation as we step into the professional world and pursue our life goals.”
