To actively promote digital transformation and enhance employees’ innovative capabilities, BIBO invited the Hong Kong AI Academy to conduct an introductory AI application training session for staff. The program aims to equip employees with fundamental knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and practical application skills, thereby improving work efficiency and creativity.
The training covers several key areas, including an introduction to the POE AI platform and its functionalities, which integrate multiple mainstream AI models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama. This enables employees to flexibly select and apply different tools within a single platform. In addition, the course provides guidance on effective prompt-writing techniques to enhance the quality of AI-generated outputs, as well as a structured framework to optimize command design.
The program also includes practical demonstrations on building personalized AI tools and chatbots, encouraging employees to develop tailored AI applications based on their specific needs.
Through this training session, we aim to help employees gain a deeper understanding of the diverse applications of AI tools and apply them effectively in their daily work. Looking ahead, BIBO will continue to invest in innovative technologies and work alongside employees to embrace the new era of intelligent workplaces.
